Delete your data
Khass, by Willowcy — shared grocery lists. Last updated 11 August 2026.
Delete everything from inside the app
- Open Khass.
- On the Lists tab, tap Settings at the top right.
- Tap Delete all my data.
- Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone.
Khass has no login, so there is nothing to sign into first. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no queue.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account identifier, created automatically on first launch.
- Every list that only you were a member of, and all of its items.
- Your membership of every list you shared, including your display name.
- The record of which items you marked as bought.
What is kept, and why
A list you share belongs to everyone on it. Deleting your data does not delete other people's shopping lists, so:
- Lists you share with other people continue to exist for them. If you created the list, it passes to whoever joined first.
- Items you added to those shared lists remain on them, but are no longer linked to you.
If you want a shared list removed for everyone rather than just for yourself, open that list and use Delete list before deleting your data. That option appears for the person who created it.
Retention
Deleted data is removed from the database at the moment you confirm. Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no archive or backup copy kept for a later period.
Ask us to do it instead
If you have lost access to the device or cannot use the app, email contact@willowcy.com and we will delete the data for you. Khass does not collect an email address or any other contact detail, so please include enough information to identify the lists concerned — for example a list name and its six-character share code.
